About Danielle Montgomery Danielle Montgomery, alongside her husband Pastor Kevin, has been blessed with 35 years of marriage. Together, they built their life in San Jose, California, raising three sons while serving faithfully in their community and ministry. Her ministry journey began at Emmanuel Baptist Church, where she volunteered in the daycare and developed a deep passion for service, stewardship, and giving. She later joined the church staff, serving as Event Coordinator for the Family Life Center, where she managed events, facility operations, and introduced systems that improved scheduling and overall efficiency. Danielle also led the EBC Basketball League, integrating Bible study into weekly practices to strengthen the connection between faith and community. During a key leadership transition, she served on the Pastor Search Committee and was later appointed as a trustee. She also co-launched the Ministers’ and Deacons’ Wives Bible Study, fostering discipleship and fellowship among women in ministry. Professionally, Danielle is the founder of DSM Business Services LLC, specializing in HR and Finance consulting for nonprofit organizations. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology, she is committed to supporting people holistically and meeting them where they are. Danielle lives by the principle of “excellence over perfection,” believing that while only Christ is perfect, we are called to give our best in all we do. She is passionate about encouraging others to grow with purpose, knowing that without direction, vision remains only a dream. As Lead Deaconess at Christ Community Fellowship Church (CCFC), Danielle is committed to serving God with excellence and leading by example—encouraging women to walk fully in their calling and serve wholeheartedly. She is anchored in the promise of 2 Corinthians 12:9: “My grace is sufficient for you.”
